Paul composes original music for tv, film and other things.

He holds a Doctorate in Music Composition from Columbia University where he studied composing, arranging, orchestration and recording. He has recieved awards and grants from ASCAP, Meet the Composer and the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council.

He plays keyboards, sings and composes for his band, Frances. His solo music combines elements of minimalist chamber music, gamelan and classic popular song.
